DIRECTOR OF ORGANIZING

GGE is seeking a Director of Organizing to utilize organizing and activism strategies to harness and mobilize the cultural clout, creativity, and energy of young cis, trans and non-binary youth of color, and their allies, to run campaigns that support GGE’s mission. This is a remarkable position for an effective and experienced organizer who has driven social justice campaigns forward, with a particular focus and commitment to anti-racist, feminist/womanist/queer rights, and youth development. This role will initially be focused on building upon our existing community and relationships, and building a strategy for GGE to grow its capacity to engage in movement building and activism. SISTERS IN STRENGTH PROGRAM MANAGER

Girls for Gender Equity is hiring a Program Manager to lead Sisters in Strength (SIS), our cornerstone youth organizing program that trains young people to be powerful advocates for social change. SIS engages young people who identify as survivors of sexual or gender-based violence or are allies to survivors in a healing-focused survivor support circle and organizing program. CLINICAL SUPERVISOR CONSULTANT

GGE is seeking a Clinical Supervisor Consultant to supervise the five current Social Work Interns completing their fieldwork at GGE. The Clinical Supervisor will also build out reporting and paperwork systems. The role will work directly with the Chief Programs Officer to ensure the social work interns receive both group and individual supervision to support their work with young people in programs.
